Proper mileage progression
The analysis is broken down into 2-4 1.5 hour sessions (depending on the clients
needs and question) one on bike on the road. Sessions are $85 / hour. Many times
several but not all components of the 10 point evaluation are done based on
clients needs thus requiring less time and sessions.
The athlete will be given a list of strengths and weaknesses. Many choose work
on their cycling limitations thru my services i.e. instruction in strength training
program, cycling program, sport massage, physical therapy etc.
