Curtis will speak on the dynamic between the body (health, flexibility and strength etc.) its effects on bike fitting for efficient and healthy cycling. He will answer questions such as: 1) If I am trying to get rid of my knee pain, how does my hamstring flexibility affect my seat height?
2) If I have weak back extensors / core, how will that affect my power output if my bars are not placed right?
Curtis owns Revolutions in Fitness, a physical therapy, bike fit and coaching business reaching a wide population including the recreational athlete, elite cyclist (including Ben Jacques-Maynes and Christine Thorburn) and general public. His work helps athletes and non-athletes reach new levels of health and performance.
