CONGRATULATIONS CHRIS LIETO
on your impressive 2nd place finish at the Ironman in Kona!

Chris had the fastest pro bike split of the day!
"Don't spend money on a bike or wheels to improve your time, first I would get a fit by Curtis to make sure you maximize your output with a professional fit that works with your flexibility and strengths. I really appreciate and value your knowledge and fit to get things dialed."

FEET, DO YOUR STUFF
Efficient Movement Begins with an Efficient Mobile Foot: On Sunday, 2/28 - Revolutions in Fitness provided a whole day of Foot Workshops, with the avid and able assistance of Maxine Walmsley, co-owner of Menlo Pilates and kind sponsor of the day's events. These were intensive, 90-minute sessions with a maximum of 4 participants in each.
Students learned about the anatomy and functional biomechanics of the foot, and were taught some key exercises to help make the feet more efficient. Each participant was also evaluated by our staff individually, and received customized foot care and coaching. Many had significant changes on the spot - and left with more spring in their steps!
"Thank you so much for the great clinic, personal attention and the handout." — Wendy

Providing professional bike fit for future generations of cyclists!
Dedicated to improving performance for cyclists of all ages, Curtis Cramblett, Revolutions In Fitness owner, provided a professional bike fitting session for San Jose Bicycle Club Junior members at his studio. |

|
The SJBC is committed to nurturing and developing its junior cycling members, and the Revolutions In Fitness bike fitting event provided a helpful medium in support of SJBC’s commitment. Cramblett was excited about the opportunity to improve the SJBC Juniors’ riding comfort and efficiency, and by all accounts, the session was a success.
Post-event feedback revealed most of the participants noticed improvements in their riding performance and comfort as a result of their bike fit. Vincent Juarez (forefront) specifically experienced immediate results with a much improved ascent time during his ride home from the event via Metcalf Road.
