Coaching Philosophy

I believe that people reach their dreams with guidance, persistence and passion.

-Curtis Cramblett, LPT

It has been shown that THE BODY responds best to the MOST SPECIFIC STIMULUS ... or, to apply this to coaching, only the right amount and specific type of exercise/training will lead to OPTIMAL RESULTS. This can only be determined by evaluating each person's SPECIFIC NEEDS.

For any given amount of work the body needs a certain amount of rest. If the body is continually taxed at high intensities without low intensity days and occasional rest days then that athlete is on the path to INJURY and OVER-TRAINING.

OUR BODIES GIVE US FEEDBACK
about our training, telling us how much, how often, and how hard to train. To obtain MAXIMAL RESULTS without over training we must learn to recognize and listen to what the body is saying.

I FEEL IT IS IMPORTANT to spend time educating in the principles behind the work-out. I strive to help the client BECOME A HEALTHIER INDIVIDUAL as well as a STRONGER ATHLETE.
