Join us for this special session specifically for tri and road riders, designed to help you ride more efficiently and powerfully in the aero position. Make adjustments to your fit and check them IRL - on the track!

Phil will perform a musculoskeletal evaluation to identify physical limitations—such as hip mobility or joint restrictions—that may be affecting your power and position.

Justin will your assess your bike fit, ensuring your setup supports a strong, sustainable TT position.

Jamii, our movement specialist, will provide targeted exercises to help you improve your ability to maintain the aero position comfortably and powerfully over time.
Together, this integrated approach addresses both body and bike to help you maximize power and aerodynamic efficiency in your aero setup. Bring your helmet! Attendess must also sign the Hellyer track waiver.

- When: Sunday, June 8th 2-5pm
- Where: Hellyer Velodrome
- How much: $66. This includes session fee and track fee.

- How: We will see three riders per hour in a round-robin format. During the session, you’ll rotate through each station to work directly with all three experts—ensuring you get a well-rounded assessment and personalized feedback from every perspective.
- BOOK YOURSELF HERE in your preferred timeslot. Once you have booked, you will complete an intake form and provide details for payment.

Justin Lucke

Jamii received her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology (and minoring in Sports Medicine and Computer Science) from SUNY Brockport. After spending a year working with local high school sports teams and an Arena Football team, she moved to California to get her Masters at San Jose State University in Kinesiology. Starting her career in a rehabilitation-focused physical therapy clinic in Portola Valley, Jamii quickly rose to become a top expert in athletic training, even mentoring newer trainers. After a severe back injury ended her team sports career, she turned to cycling and soon developed a passion for both racing and bike mechanics. Recognizing the importance of proper bike fit, Jamii became a bike fitter at the clinic.
Dr. Phil Richardi
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Phil received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the UCSF/SFSU program in Physical Therapy in 2019. Phil is an avid cyclist and competes occasionally in local bike races as well as travels nationally and internationally for gran fondo events. Phil enjoys working with a diverse set of patients across the lifespan and mobility spectrum. He is passionate about teaching and educating his patients about the mechanisms responsible for their pain or injuries as well as the relevant anatomy and physiology of the body parts involved. He believes physical therapy should be efficient, effective, and specific in order to allow patients to recover and achieve their goals in a smooth and timely manner.
