Biodynamic Bike Fit- our recommended fit
Our biodynamic fit is the best option for those who are getting their road, mountain, or time trial bike fitted for the first time, or for those who have not had their bike fitted in over a year. This service provides time to focus on the rider’s main goal and delve into both the body and the bike side of the fit equation. A biodynamic fit goes beyond confirming saddle height – it is a synthesis of testing challenges on both bike and body, proposing possible solutions, and then reevaluating to see if the intervention works. For the bike, depending on the rider's needs, we have tools to measure saddle pressure and capture dynamic video to help identify potential problems and suggest adjustments that could help. For the body, we assess the rider’s main issues and explore options to help improve strength and mobility. As with all bike fits, this is a process that happens over time. With additional riding and changes to fitness and health, new challenges can arise. The biodynamic fit is an excellent way to get started on the journey towards optimizing the integration of body and bike
PT Fits- a DPT and Bike Fitter collaboration
This is our unique specialty Bike Fit! It is a combination of bike fit and physical therapy, and is a collaboration between a physical therapist and one of our expert fitters. The PT Fit provides an integrated and personalized of your biomechanics, your bicycle geometry, and the way they integrate. This is a medically recognized service that can be billed to insurance. The first hour is an evaluation with a doctor, and the second part is the bike fit which is informed by the PTs findings.
More than one bike?
We offer a one-hour fitting service for any extra bikes, allowing us to transfer the measurements and fine-tune the fit with the other bikes, as each bike has a unique geometry. Requires an additional hour.
