About Waylon

Waylon Zabriskie is a Personal Trainer and Certified Massage Therapist at Revolutions in Fitness, where he helps clients build strength, confidence, and long-term resilience through intelligent, individualized training.

With a background in competitive cycling and experience racing both nationally and internationally, Waylon understands firsthand the demands that sport, work, and everyday life place on the body. His passion for movement extends beyond performance alone—he is committed to helping people move better, recover more effectively, and continue doing the activities they love for years to come.

Waylon specializes in working with active adults, cyclists, runners, former athletes, and individuals transitioning from physical therapy back to full activity. His approach combines strength training, mobility, movement education, and accountability to create programs that meet clients where they are while helping them progress safely and confidently.

Drawing on his experience as a Certified Massage Therapist, Waylon brings a unique understanding of soft tissue health, recovery, and how the body responds to training stress. This perspective allows him to help clients train hard when appropriate, recover when necessary, and develop sustainable habits that support lifelong health and performance.

Whether the goal is returning from injury, improving athletic performance, building strength, or simply staying active and independent, Waylon believes that good training should support life—not take it over. His mission is to help clients develop a body they can trust and the confidence to keep pursuing the activities that matter most.

Cycling Optimization Analysis

At Revolutions in Fitness, Waylon helps cyclists uncover what’s really holding them back. His Cycling Optimization Analysis is a focused 60-minute session designed to identify opportunities to improve your comfort, efficiency, and performance on the bike.

The session looks at both you and your bike. Waylon starts with an on-the-bike assessment of your riding posture and mechanics to identify potential fit or movement issues. Then, off the bike, he evaluates key areas of mobility, flexibility, core strength, and movement that may be limiting your riding.

You won’t leave with just an assessment. You’ll walk away with 1–2 practical action items—such as a bike adjustment or targeted exercise you can start using right away—plus a personal roadmap for what to focus on next. Depending on what the analysis reveals, that might include a comprehensive bike fit, individualized strength and conditioning, or physical therapy.

One hour. A clearer picture of what’s holding you back—and what to do about it.

Aero Performance Analysis

Ride faster with the fitness you already have. Waylon offers Aero Performance Analysis, combining advanced aerodynamic modeling with professional bike fitting and movement expertise to help cyclists and triathletes find a faster, more efficient position they can comfortably sustain.

Whether you’re looking to reduce drag, optimize your race position, or better understand where you’re losing speed, Waylon can help you make data-driven improvements for race day.
