Still Dealing with Knee Pain That Won't Quit?

Knee pain doesn't just limit your workouts — it chips away at your daily life, your confidence, and the activities you love. And too often, generic treatment leaves you stuck in the same painful cycle.

Rest Hasn't Helped

You've taken the time off, iced it, and waited — but the pain keeps coming back the moment you return to activity. Rest alone doesn't fix the underlying biomechanical problem.

You've Tried Generic PT Before

Standard physical therapy gave you a sheet of exercises and sent you on your way. Without hands-on, one-on-one treatment, the real source of your knee pain was never truly addressed.

Why San Jose Chooses Us for Knee Pain PT

At Revolutions In Fitness, we don't hand you off to an aide or rush you through a 30-minute slot. Every session is a full hour of hands-on, one-on-one care with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy — many holding the CFMT designation, the gold standard in manual therapy. We find what's actually driving your knee pain and build a personalized plan to get you back to full strength.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about knee pain physical therapy in San Jose? We've got answers. Still unsure? Reach out — we're happy to help.

How much does a physical therapy session cost?

Your initial evaluation is $100 — always. Ongoing one-on-one sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy are $250–$300 per session. We also offer discounted PT packages: 6 visits (10% off), 12 visits (15% off), and 20 visits (20% off) to support your full recovery journey.

Do you accept insurance?

We are a self-pay clinic. We do not bill insurance directly, but we provide courtesy billing support to help you seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurer. Many patients find they recover a significant portion of their costs this way.

What makes Revolutions In Fitness different from other PT clinics?

Every session is a full 60 minutes of one-on-one, hands-on care with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy — no aides, no shared time, no shortcuts. Many of our PTs hold the CFMT certification, the gold standard in manual therapy. We've treated everyone from first-time patients to Olympic-level athletes.

What knee conditions do you treat?

We treat the full spectrum of knee injuries and chronic conditions, including Runner's Knee, IT Band Syndrome, ACL injuries, meniscus tears, patellofemoral pain, post-surgical rehab, tendinopathy, and arthritis — including complex cases that haven't improved with other treatments.

Do you offer mobile or home-visit PT?

Yes. In addition to our San Jose clinic, we offer home visits and mobile physical therapy for patients who need care delivered in their own environment. Contact us to learn more about availability.

How long will my recovery take?

Every patient is different. After your $100 initial evaluation, your Doctor of PT will give you a clear, personalized recovery plan with realistic milestones — so you always know where you are and where you're headed.
