Still Struggling After Being Told to Just Rest?
Generic PT That Missed the Root Cause
You've done the kegels. You've followed the generic protocol. But the pelvic pain, leaking, or discomfort is still there — because cookie-cutter care rarely addresses what's actually driving your symptoms.
Insurance-Driven Care With No Real Time
When your PT is juggling three patients at once and your session is cut short, nothing gets truly resolved. You leave with homework but no real answers — and the cycle continues.
Symptoms That Quietly Limit Your Life
Avoiding the gym, dreading a run, or planning bathroom stops before every outing — pelvic floor dysfunction doesn't just affect your body, it chips away at your confidence and the activities you love.
Why Mountain View Chooses Revolutions In Fitness
We built our practice around one principle: you deserve the undivided attention of a doctoral-level clinician for every minute of every session. Three Steps to Moving Freely and Feeling Like Yourself Again
Step 1: Book Your $100 Biomechanical Evaluation
Your first session is a full 60-minute, one-on-one assessment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We listen to your full history, identify the true root causes of your symptoms, and set clear, measurable goals — whether that's returning to running, eliminating leakage, or recovering postpartum.
Step 2: Follow Your Personalized Recovery Plan
No templates, no guesswork. Your treatment plan is built specifically for your body and your goals, drawing on pelvic floor rehabilitation, manual therapy, movement re-training, and targeted exercise. Every session is hands-on, unhurried, and entirely focused on you.
Step 3: Return to the Active Life You Love
Our patients don't just manage symptoms — they get back to running, training, traveling, and living without limitation. We track your progress at every session and adjust your plan so you keep moving forward, not backward.

Your Questions, Answered
How much does pelvic health physical therapy cost at Revolutions In Fitness?
Your initial biomechanical evaluation is $100. Follow-up sessions are $250–$300 each. We offer package discounts — 10% off 6 visits, 15% off 12 visits, and 20% off 20 visits — so consistent care remains accessible. All services are FSA/HSA eligible.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a self-pay and out-of-network practice — meaning your care is never dictated by what an insurance company approves. We do offer free courtesy billing: provide your insurance information and our in-house biller will submit out-of-network claims on your behalf. Superbills are always provided.
What happens during a pelvic health PT evaluation?
Your first session is a full 60 minutes, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Your DPT will take a detailed history, perform a comprehensive biomechanical and pelvic floor assessment, discuss your goals, and build a personalized treatment plan — starting in that first session.
What conditions does your pelvic health team treat?
We treat the full spectrum of pelvic floor dysfunction: urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, diastasis recti, painful intercourse (dyspareunia), endometriosis pain support, prenatal discomfort, postpartum recovery, C-section rehabilitation, and menopause-related pelvic changes.
Will I always see the same physical therapist?
Yes. You'll be matched with a Doctor of Physical Therapy whose specialties align with your needs, and you'll see that same DPT for every session — no hand-offs to aides or assistants, ever.
Is there a way to try before I commit?
Absolutely. We offer a free consultation so you can speak with our team, ask questions, and determine whether our approach is the right fit for you — before booking your evaluation.
