Still Struggling After Trying Everything?
Cookie-Cutter Care That Misses the Mark
You've done the standard PT. You've been handed generic exercises and rushed through 30-minute sessions split between a therapist and three other patients. Nothing has really changed — because no one has looked at the whole picture.
Pain That Keeps Holding You Back
Pelvic pain, leakage, prolapse, or postpartum discomfort doesn't just affect your body — it chips away at your confidence, your activity level, and your quality of life. Living with it isn't the only option.
An Insurance System That Limits Real Healing
When treatment decisions are driven by insurance, you get less time, less depth, and less results. You deserve care that's built around your recovery — not around what a payer will approve.
Why San Jose Chooses Us for Pelvic Health PT
Revolutions In Fitness was built on a simple belief: every person deserves a full hour of undivided, expert attention. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy begin every plan with a comprehensive biomechanical assessment — identifying the true root cause of your symptoms, not just the most obvious one. For pelvic health concerns in particular, that whole-body lens makes all the difference.

Your Path to Pain-Free Living Starts Here
Step 1: Your $100 Comprehensive Evaluation
Your first session is a full biomechanical assessment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We listen to your history, identify the true drivers of your symptoms, and build a plan that's specific to your body — not a template.
Step 2: Hands-On, One-on-One Treatment
Every session is 60 minutes of dedicated, expert care using manual therapy, movement re-training, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and evidence-based techniques. You work directly with your PT — every time, every visit.
Step 3: Return to the Life You Love
Whether your goal is running a 10K, lifting your child without leaking, returning to work after surgery, or simply moving through your day without pain — we build your program around what matters most to you.
