Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our services

1. What should I expect during my first physical therapy appointment?

Your first visit begins with a comprehensive biomechanical assessment where your Doctor of Physical Therapy will evaluate your movement patterns, posture, strength, and functional limitations. We'll discuss your injury history, goals, and any activities you want to return to. Then we'll create a personalized treatment plan and often begin hands-on therapy during that same session. Every appointment is a full hour of one-on-one care.

2. Do you accept insurance?

Revolutions in Fitness operates on a self-pay and out-of-network billing model. While we don't bill insurance directly, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many clients find that the quality and duration of our one-on-one care offers exceptional value compared to traditional in-network clinics.

3. How long are physical therapy sessions?

Every physical therapy session at Revolutions in Fitness is a full hour of dedicated, one-on-one time with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. Unlike many clinics that offer 30-minute sessions or split time between multiple patients, you receive personalized, hands-on care for the entire appointment—no rushing, no distractions.
