Expert Postpartum Physical Therapy in San Jose, CA
Your body did something extraordinary — and it deserves more than a generic exercise handout. At Revolutions In Fitness, every postpartum physical therapy session is a full 60 minutes, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. No aides, no double-booking, no cookie-cutter programs. We identify root causes — not just symptoms — so you can return to the activities you love, pain-free and stronger than before.
Still Hurting Months After Delivery?
Generic PT Isn't Cutting It
Insurance-driven, 15-minute sessions with rotating aides rarely address the full-body biomechanical shifts that happen during pregnancy and delivery. You leave with a printout — not a recovery plan.
Symptoms Get Dismissed
Leaking, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, and low back pain are often minimized or overlooked at standard postpartum checkups. Left untreated, these issues compound over months and years.
You Don't Know What's Safe to Do
Returning to running, lifting, or exercise without proper clearance can re-injure a healing core and pelvic floor. Without expert guidance, it's easy to set your recovery back weeks — or longer.
San Jose's Postpartum PT Clinic Built for You

Whether your goal is running, lifting, hiking, or simply carrying your baby without pain, we get you there confidently. Rehab Coaching and PT Packages keep your momentum going long after your first milestone.

Postpartum PT — Your Questions Answered
What does postpartum physical therapy involve?
Postpartum PT at Revolutions In Fitness begins with a comprehensive $100 biomechanical evaluation. Your Doctor of Physical Therapy assesses your entire body — not just the area that hurts — to identify the root causes of your symptoms. Treatment may include manual therapy, pelvic floor rehabilitation, core stabilization, soft tissue work, movement retraining, and individualized strengthening. Every plan is completely unique to you.
How is this different from standard physical therapy?
Every session is a full 60 minutes, one-on-one with your Doctor of Physical Therapy — no aides, no assistants, no double-booking. Our providers hold advanced credentials including the Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT) designation and specialize in pelvic health and whole-body biomechanics. Care decisions are never dictated by insurance.
Do you accept insurance?
Revolutions In Fitness is a self-pay and out-of-network provider. We offer free courtesy billing, superbill documentation for out-of-network reimbursement, and FSA/HSA eligibility — so you keep full control of your care without insurance limitations.
How much does a session cost?
Your initial biomechanical evaluation is always $100. Follow-up sessions range from $250–$300 depending on your provider. Multi-visit packages offer significant savings: 10% off 6 visits, 15% off 12 visits, and 20% off 20 visits. FSA/HSA funds are accepted.
How long are sessions, and how many will I need?
All sessions are 60 minutes of uninterrupted one-on-one care. Most patients see meaningful progress in 6–10 visits, though complex postpartum cases may benefit from additional sessions. Your provider will discuss a realistic timeline at your initial evaluation.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes. TelePhysio virtual appointments are available for consultations, exercise program guidance, and follow-up care — ideal for new parents managing a busy schedule at home.
