Expert Sports Physical Therapy in San Jose, CA
At Revolutions In Fitness, every session is a full hour of hands-on, one-on-one care with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy — no aides, no assistants, no rushed appointments. Whether you're a cyclist, runner, or active adult dealing with chronic pain, we identify the true root cause and build a recovery plan built entirely around you.
Still in Pain After Trying Everything Else?
Rushed, Impersonal Appointments
Insurance-based clinics often limit you to 20–30 minutes with an aide — leaving you without the hands-on, expert attention your injury actually needs.
Temporary Relief, Not Real Solutions
Ice, heat, and cookie-cutter exercise sheets treat the symptom, not the source. The pain keeps coming back because the root cause was never addressed.
Complex Cases Left Unresolved
Chronic, stubborn, or post-surgical injuries are routinely under-treated by generalist clinics. If other PTs haven't cracked the code, specialized care makes all the difference.
Why San Jose Athletes Choose Revolutions In Fitness
We built Revolutions In Fitness for the active adults and athletes near San Jose who are done settling for surface-level care. Every visit is a full hour, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy — someone who listens, assesses your entire body, and creates a treatment plan that addresses your goals, not just your diagnosis.

Your Questions Answered
Do I need a referral to start physical therapy at Revolutions In Fitness?
No referral is required. You can contact us directly to schedule your initial evaluation. California allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can start care without a physician's prescription.
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network, self-pay clinic. We offer courtesy billing and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Our services are also FSA and HSA eligible. This model means your care decisions are guided by your needs — not what an insurance company will authorize.
What does the initial evaluation cost, and how much are ongoing sessions?
Your initial evaluation is $100. Ongoing one-on-one sessions are $250–$300. We offer package discounts: 6 visits at 10% off, 12 visits at 15% off, and 20 visits at 20% off. Ask about our 50/50 referral program — refer a friend and you both receive $50 off.
What happens during a session? Will I just get exercises?
Every session is a full hour of hands-on, one-on-one care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Treatment is individualized and may include manual therapy, functional movement assessment, soft tissue and joint mobilization, Active Release Techniques, strength training, movement re-training, and sport-specific rehabilitation. No aides, no exercise sheets handed through a window.
I've had surgery and tried PT before without lasting results. Can you still help?
Yes — this is exactly the patient we specialize in. Our clinicians are skilled in treating chronic, complex, and post-surgical cases, including patients who have seen multiple providers without resolution. We approach your body as a whole system, tracing symptoms to their true mechanical source.
Do you offer pelvic health physical therapy?
Yes. Our pelvic health specialists treat incontinence, diastasis recti, pelvic pain, prolapse, dyspareunia, prenatal and postpartum recovery, and more. All pelvic health sessions are private, one-on-one, and conducted with the same full-hour, Doctor of Physical Therapy standard as all our other care.
What are your hours and do you offer home visits?
We are open Monday through Sunday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Mobile and home-visit physical therapy is also available for patients who need care delivered in their own environment. Contact us to discuss availability.
